Red wine import customs clearance process

1. First of all, the consignee of imported red wine should register for the enterprise consignee at the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and register the "Imported Food and Cosmetic Consignee Record Information Form";
Before the goods arrive at the port, the consignee first submits the information to the inspection and quarantine bureau for the record of the enterprise consignee. After the serial number is obtained, the inspection and customs declaration can be made after the goods arrive at the port;
After getting the serial number, the goods arrive at the port/airport, take the ocean bill of lading/air waybill to change the order, and apply for inspection, waiting for the customs clearance.
Information to be submitted for the record of the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (Recording Information Form of the Consignee of Imported Food and Cosmetics):
(1). The record information form of the consignee of imported food and cosmetics (with the official seal of the company)
(2). A copy of the business license of the enterprise with the official seal of the enterprise (verify the original)
(3). A copy of the organization code certificate stamped with the official seal of the enterprise (original verification)
(4). Copies of certification documents related to import and export management rights (verified original)
2. Document processing
Provide the following original documents before the goods arrive at the port/airport:
(1). Import invoice (seal)
(2). Packing list (seal)
(3). Import contract (seal)
(4). Foreign origin certificate (foreign official original)
(5). Foreign health certificate (foreign official original)
(6). Proof of filling date (supplier's seal, consignee's seal), ingredient list certificate (supplier's seal, consignee's seal)
(7). Chinese label registration form / 4 copies of the original label samples and 1 copy each of the translation (seal) / 4 copies of the Chinese label samples / copy of the dealer's business license (seal)
(8). Customs declaration documents: customs declaration/inspection declaration power of attorney (stamped), original ocean bill of lading (stamped), copy of insurance policy, exchange guarantee letter (relay)
Note: If the packaged goods are wooden packages, they must have the "IPPC" logo
3. Import declaration
After Champagne arrives at the port/airport, our company will immediately arrange to go to the shipping company to go through the procedures for order replacement and apply for inspection and pre-review in advance. Immediately handle the customs declaration procedures after the change of the order: within 5-7 days, issue an import customs declaration and submit it to the consignee for tax payment.
4. Customs inspection
After the payment confirmation of the tax payment bill is verified by the customs, the customs inspection procedures will be completed within 3-7 working days and the customs will release.
After clearance, the customs will arrange transportation to the designated supervision warehouse of the Commodity Inspection Bureau to apply for commodity inspection and random inspection.
5. Statutory commodity inspection
After the goods enter the supervision warehouse, commodity inspection personnel will be arranged to conduct random inspections (6 bottles for each item), and at the same time, apply for Chinese label filing, test within 14 working days and notify the owner of whether the test is qualified (notify whether the hygiene certificate is issued).
6. Label filing
The following information is required for label filing:
4 copies of the original label samples and 1 copy each of the translated text (seal) / 4 copies of the Chinese label samples / copy of the dealer's business license (seal), 10-15 working days for label filing.
7. Print Chinese labels and stick Chinese labels.
8. Expense settlement
The import agency company first pays for the miscellaneous charges of the customs declaration trailer terminal for the declaration of imported goods on behalf of the customer, and issues a cost settlement list to the customer after the import procedure is completed. Return the original documents after settlement.
9. Trailer delivery door-to-door.
After 10.10-15 working days, the customs will issue the original customs declaration form to pay the remittance, customs invoice, and invoice (express to the customer).
